Platforms and compatibility
Our installation experience includes Home Assistant and Hubitat. Depending on your devices and requirements, we can assess options for Apple Home, Google Home, and Amazon Alexa. Compatibility and available functions are confirmed for your chosen setup.
Local operation and remote access
Local operation depends on the platform and the devices selected. Internet-based features still need a connection. Optional services may charge for remote access or other features; we discuss these before installation.
Installation, handover and warranty
We plan the equipment with you, arrange a free site visit if needed, then install, configure, and explain your system. Careful cable routing and a tidy finish are central to our work. Equipment carries its manufacturer’s warranty. Our workmanship warranty lasts one year, with troubleshooting, remote adjustments, and return visits when needed to resolve issues with the agreed installation.
Support as your needs change
We remain available after installation. After the first year, troubleshooting and return visits are chargeable. New features, additional equipment, and new automation requests are quoted separately.
